The 2025 BHC Tin Top–Top Ten Challenge - Presented by AET Turbos Kick Off at Doune

The BARC is delighted to announce that AET Turbos, a major provider of remanufactured and re-engineered turbochargers returns as partner and title sponsor of the 2025 BHC Tin Top–Top Ten Challenge.

Founded in 1974 by Anthony (Tony) Taylor and now headed up by his son Andy, Yorkshire based AET Turbos is not only a leader in turbocharging within motor sport, but with engineering as its passion, also works across the passenger car & small vehicles, commercial vehicle, marine, agricultural and plant & machinery and power generations industries.

Tim Wilson, Championship Co-ordinator of the Motorsport UK British Hillclimb Championship, commented: "We are delighted to once again have AET Turbos on board as partner and title sponsor of the 2025 BHC Tin Top–Top Ten Challenge. The Tin Top–Top Ten Challenge will be fought out over five events for the season ahead. With events spread across the country at many of the top UK Hillclimb venues, the season ahead will be very exciting. The opening round of the BHC Tin Top – Top Ten Challenge takes place at Doune near Stirling in Scotland over the weekend of 21st & 22nd June. Reigning Tin Top Champion Simon Bainbridge returns to defend his title alongside some of the fastest Tin Tops and the cream of British Hillclimbing. Cars competing at Doune range from a roadgoing saloon or sports car right through to 700 horsepower bespoke Hillclimb single seater race cars.
The super-fast nature of Doune allied to their being little room for error, make Doune one of the most spectacular places to watch top class Hillclimbing. Entry on the gate is an incredible £7 per person. This really is great value motorsport. If you are in the area do take a look. You won’t be disappointed!
