The wet weather has certainly had an impact on the start of the 2024 Motorsport UK British Hillclimb Championship (BHC) presented by Nova Motorsport. The BHC returns to the mainland at Harewood in Yorkshire this weekend for what will now form the opening round of the Championship.
Following the weather induced postponement of the scheduled opening round at Prescott in April the BHC circus travelled to Northern Ireland last weekend. Unfortunately the bad weather travelled across the Irish Sea too, with the Craigantlet organisers being forced to abandon the meeting before either of the BHC run-offs had taken place.
The BHC will be joined at Harewood by the class based Championship the BHC Cup presented by BMTR in what is sure to be a day filled with action.
